Payment options

We accept Credit card payments from VISA, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.

Order confirmations

You can rest assured that your order is being taken care of.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order.

Shipping/delivery costs

For Singapore deliveries we charge a standard fee for each order. Please refer to our payment chart for details.

For International deliveries we use SINGPOST as our preferred international delivery partner. The expected delivery date by air will be approximately 2-3 weeks from the time of your approved order.

We offer DHL Express delivery for selected countries. The estimated delivery time for DHL express is 4 working days.

Please refer to our payment chart for details on postage/shipment prices to various countries. We apologize if your country is not part of our list.

Additional costs

Import duties & taxes: any applicable duties and taxes outside Singapore are the sole responsibility of the recipient and may be billed by the carrier at the destination point. Within Singapore, 5% GST will automatically be added to the shipping cost.

The contact and financial information you provide is solely used to process your order. We will not share your information with other businesses*.

Our designs are registered trademarks and therefore protected against the theft of intellectual property. Any offence will be prosecuted under Singapore Law.

How will I know what my shipping charges are?

Once you've submitted your order, your shipping/postage charges will automatically be calculated. You will have an opportunity to view your shipment/postage costs before making payment in our payment charge for international deliveries. For some orders we may need to communicate with you directly after determining your shipping charges.

 
Will I be charged sales tax?

Only in Singapore will a 5% GST be added to your total amount.
On international shipments the recipient is responsible for import/customs duties, if any, imposed at the destination.

 

How long after placing my order will it take to receive my items?

Domestic orders are usually ready for delivery within 1 week of receiving the order.
International orders will be received within 1-3 weeks depending on the method of transport and the destination country.

Will my customer information be shared with third parties without my consent?

What is your return policy?

Only returns as a result of manufacturer defects are acceptable in which case we will replace the defective item. Such replacement items will usually be sent via Singpost AirParcel within two weeks of receipt of the defective item. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping/postage costs.
